Generally, we do not collect any personally identifiable information from you when you download our iOS app. When you use our app, the purpose of collecting your user information and personal information is to provide you with our products and services, and we ensure the protection of your information.

The information we may obtain and the purpose of use are as follows:

• Analytics information when you use our app. This information will help us better understand the state of our app to improve the service experience and provide a better-quality product. We ensure that all information is collected anonymously, we do not know the specific users.
• When you upload pictures to our community, we may collect the Content (photos) you provided while using our Mobile applications and Site. It is only used to assist us in providing an effective service. We get inspiration from your work and help us improve our services. We do NOT SELL your data to other person.
• When you use the “enhance” feature, your photos are uploaded to improve quality. The photos will be discarded immediately upon completion of the enhancing. We do NOT COLLECT or SHARE these data to another person.
• When you use the “animate” feature, your photos are uploaded to generate an animating video. The photos will be discarded immediately upon completion of the animating. We do NOT COLLECT or SHARE face data to another person.
• When you use some other features which need server-side image processing to edit your photos, the photos you input needs to be uploaded to our server and be processed. The processed result will be returned to you, and both the original photos and the processed results will be discarded immediately afterward. We do NOT STORE, SELL, or SHARE these data with anyone.

Information the Third-Party SDKs collect and use

This policy does not apply to any third-party SDK, they have their privacy policies, and we encourage you to review the privacy policies of each third-party website or service you visit.

Information collected by Third-Party Platforms

• We may partner with third-party advertising companies to display advertising within our app. Our third-party partners may provide you with an ad based on your data includes IDFA(The Identity for Advertisers used by Apple), zones (defined as locations in a given language), location information, the app list or the app installed on the device, and the IP address.

• Our application integrates SDKs from multiple data analytics service providers, including but not limited to Flurry (Oath Inc.) and AppsFlyer (Appsflyer Inc.). The information they provide to us is aggregated analytical data for application optimization.

Information we store and share

All information we collect is used only to optimize our app, and we will never share your information with third parties. 

Some of the information we collect is stored only on your local devices, and some are stored securely in encrypted formats on servers located in AWS. We have strict policies to control access and use of such data. If you would like to delete your information, please contact us.

California Consumer Privacy Rights

In addition to the rights above, California law also provides for some additional rights for California consumers, which are summarized below. 

• Your information will never be sold with third parties. 
• You have the right to request to know and delete your information we collected. To make such a request, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific content or information to support-pe@idealabs.mobi. And you can continue to use our app after you requested.

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time based on changes in our business, laws, regulations or policies. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective as of the stated “Last Modified” and we encourage you to review this Privacy Policy whenever you use our app to understand how your information is used. By continuing to use our app or services, you agreed to the terms of the current time by default. If you do not agree to the revised Privacy Policy, please stop using our app.

Children’s Privacy

The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 12.

We does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone under the age of 12. If you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. We will delete that information as quickly as possible. Besides, if you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 12, please also contact us.
